History

2021: Accenture bought Exton Consulting

In mid-June 2021, Accenture entered into an agreement to purchase the French consulting company Exton Consulting, which provides banking institutions with digital transformation support. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

The Exton Consulting team of approximately 150 highly qualified professionals will join Accenture's industry-wide financial services group and enhance its ability to offer innovative end-to-end solutions to a wider range of financial services companies.
