History

2021: Accenture bought Openminded

At the end of July 2021, Accenture announced the acquisition of the French company Openminded, which provides cybersecurity services. Accenture announced its intention to buy Openminded on April 29, 2021. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

As part of the deal, about 100 highly qualified cybersecurity specialists will join Accenture Security, which has more than 8,000 specialists worldwide, which expands the presence and capabilities of Accenture in the field of cybersecurity in France and Europe.

The acquisition of Openminded, she said, confirms the company's desire to use technology and human ingenuity to help customers be confident and secure in the face of constant change.

The head of the market division of Accenture France & Benelux, Olivier Girard, noted:
