On July 24, 2018 Mango Telecom announced availability on all main platforms of upgraded version of the corporate Mango Talker messenger. In the messenger video calls and video conferences appeared.

To Mango Talker it was provided in the summer of 2017 as the application for desktop computers Windows and macOS and also mobile devices iOS and Android which allows to exchange personal and block text messages and files in the protected environment and also to make calls, using the phone numbers connected to cloud AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE EXCHANGE OF MANGO OFFICE.

Mango Telecom developed Mango Talker and its technology infrastructure, consistently training him for video conference support. The messenger is focused on users from the commercial sector therefore requirements to performance, reliability and security — the main. The task to make video calls the most qualitative — regardless of the speed of Internet connection available to users, the used devices, distances between subscribers and their quantities was set for developers.

These characteristics are most demanded at the appeal to professional instruments of joint work therefore Mango Talker supports video calls in private, but that it is more important — it is suitable also for collective discussions in project teams, and for holding large meetings, integrating in a unified environment of communications jobs, meeting rooms, the employees who are on the way, and external participants of such conferences which are connected on specially generated link invitation, via the browser. On July 19, 2017 Mango Telecom, continuing to develop on the Mango Office platform instruments of team work and means of communication for the solution of working tasks, provided updated Mango Talker. The corporate messenger provides interaction between individual employees and also communications in project teams and divisions. Service at the same time leaves for users an opportunity to select the format corresponding to a context and the moment of discussion — negotiations or correspondence, combining and combining them in the course of work on joint tasks.

In Mango Talker it is possible to create personal and group chats, to send files, contacts and geotags. At the same time, operating on technology infrastructure of the virtual PBX, the messenger inherits feature set of business telephony of Mango Office. The application allows to make and receive calls, to send the SMS, to hold audio conferences. The voice communication via the messenger is available not only with other users of Mango Talker, but also with subscribers of any telephone networks.

According to Mango Telecom, the user can accept all calls arriving on stationary office phone in Mango Talker and to answer working calls, without being in a workplace. The call from Mango Talker to the subscriber of the same corporate telephone network to which the user of the messenger is connected (connection between subscribers of one cloud automatic telephone exchange) unambiguously identifies calling in the corporate reference book.
