BK-Billing

On July 3, 2012 the Borlas Consulting group announced purchase of the BK-Billing company specializing in IT solutions for power. The BK-Billing command will be combined with a command of the corresponding practice of Borlas. Due to this acquisition the group will significantly expand industry expertize and a product portfolio in the industry, one of the strongest and the most experienced in the market consulting the practician with specialization in power and housing and public utilities will be created.

In Borlas Consulting group there is also a direction on work with power which basis is formed by the employees having considerable experience with the companies of the sector. They executed projects for Inter RAO UES, JSC Mosenergosbyt, MGUP "Mosvodokanal", JSC Kuzbassenergo, JSC Yarenergo and others.

Both commands are integrated based on department of project solutions in power of Borlas consulting group, in its structure more than 50 consultants work. Alexey Mazayev, the head of Competence Center holding before a position in power of IBS company headed department.

Having strengthened the positions due to the accession "BK-Billing", Borlas will be able to offer the energy companies as solutions of own development, for example the product Borlas Utility Solution (BUS Billing), and specialized software products of Oracle, including a complex of the solutions Oracle Utilities. Advantage of Borlas is not only the complexity in terms of a functional scope of the created systems, but also specialized offers in the industry: as a part of a portfolio there are solutions for the generating, distribution and sales companies, wholesale and retail market of the electric power.
