2025: Building a Company

On January 31, 2025, PJSC Softline registered the holding company Bell JSC. The new organization was formed in order to optimize the structure of the Softline group, which combines different business verticals in key segments of the IT market.

JSC "Bell" is registered in Moscow at the address Varshavskoye sh., 42 p. 2. The authorized capital is 5 million rubles. The management company of the new organization is LLC Service Company Softline (LLC SK Softline). The main area of ​ ​ work of Bell is the activities of holding companies. In addition, the company can develop computer software, carry out advisory activities in the field of computer technology and activities on the management of computer equipment.

PJSC Softline is a large business that continues to evolve and grow evolutionarily. The company regularly registers new legal entities for more efficient asset management. The goal of creating Bell JSC is to optimize the legal structure within the holding to ensure further growth, "the Softline press service said.

Earlier it became known that Softline plans to merge subsidiaries Bell Integrator, Develonika and SL Soft into a sub-holding, which will subsequently be able to carry out an initial public offering (IPO) on the Moscow Exchange. These companies are focused on the development of their own and custom IT solutions, and their total capitalization as of December 2024 was estimated at 40 billion rubles.

Overall, Softline is transforming its structure. We talked about the formation of several clusters within the group, including divisions for custom development, own software and hardware solutions, cybersecurity products, a cluster of software for retail, industry, etc.^[1]
