2024: Opening of separate cafes
"Vkusville" launched a network of cafes with ready-made food "Sgoryacha." In February 2024, the first point opened at the intersection of Ligovsky Prospekt and the Vododny Canal embankment.
Initially, the "Burning" project worked in the format of "dark kitchens" (darkkitchen), when food is prepared for online buyers. Then, under the "Sgoryacha" brand, they began to open cafes at the Vkusvilla stores. By February 2024, two such points were opened in Moscow, one each in Stavropol, Kovrov and Nizhny Novgorod.
A new stage in the development of the project is the launch of individual cafes with food of their own production. As the Shopper's edition notes, from the cafe at the Vkusville stores, which sell pastries, drinks and desserts, the cafe "The Heat" is distinguished by an assortment. Customers are offered breakfasts, first, second, salads and fast food - burgers, hot dogs, sandwich club. In the assortment of cafes there are 70 items that are prepared by chefs there.
In a cafe, a sandwich club costs 200 rubles, a pilaf with beef - 275 rubles, a dranik with salmon and egg - 379 rubles, a Greek salad - 250 rubles, a burger with beef BBQ - 435 rubles, Shopper's reports.
It is expected that such points may also open in the shopping center "Continent," "Zanevsky Cascade" and "Gulliver." In St. Petersburg, according to a company representative, establishments in these facilities by February 2024 are "at the construction stage."
Vkusville is also considering placing its catering in food halls, Evgenia Khakberdieva, director of the retail real estate department of NF Group, told the publication. According to Mikhail Burmistrov, general director of Infoline Analytics, Vkusville cooking is quite competitive and can be in demand in the format of free-standing cafes. The expert estimated investments in one outlet in the shopping center at up to 10 million rubles.[1]
