2025: Purchase of 51% stake by Softline Group

Softline Group of companies, a provider of solutions and services in the field of digital transformation and information security, on January 16, 2025 informed TAdviser about the acquisition of a controlling stake in the K2-9b Group.

According to company representatives, the deal will take place in stages. Thus, at the first stage of the transaction, Softline acquires a 51% stake in K2-9b Group LLC, for which it will pay about 400 million rubles. At the same time, part of this amount will be paid by shares of PJSC Softline, the group said. 49% of K2-9b Group LLC remains in the possession of the founder and top management of the K2-9b Group (according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, before the transaction, 51% of the company belonged to Zagoruiko Valeria Vitalievna, and 49% to K2-9b Group Director Yanenko Mikhail Romanovich). In the future, Softline Group of Companies has the right to gradually consolidate 100% of the company's capital during 2027-2028.

As noted by Ivan Kireev, Managing Director of Inferit, information security remains one of the most dynamically developing segments of the domestic IT industry. The volume of the Russian market has already reached 266 billion rubles, and the segment of information security services increased by the end of 2024 to 78 billion rubles - while experts predict their further growth.
