JSC "Ramenskaya Heating Network" is a specialized enterprise of housing and communal services for the heat supply of residential and industrial facilities in the city of Ramensky and Ramensky urban district.

History

2016

By Resolution of the Administration of the Ramensky Municipal District of the Moscow Region No. 5143 of September 7, 2016, Ramenskaya Teploset OJSC (the sole shareholder of the Company) brings its documents in line with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies," changes the name of the Company to Ramenskaya Teploset JSC^[1]

2011: Conversion to Ramenskaya Heating Network

In January 2011, a reform of housing and communal services took place in the Ramensky district, as a result of which the financial and economic activities of Ramenskaya Teploset OJSC began in July 2011 (registered by the Interdistrict Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 1 in the Moscow Region on July 29, 2011 for OGRN No. 1115040008621), formed as a result of the reorganization - the transformation of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Ramenskoye Production Association Teplovodokanal" (MUP "Ramenskoye PO TVK") in accordance with the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies" and "On Privatization of State and Municipal Property."

2002: Selection of municipal unitary enterprise "Ramenskoye PO TVK"

On December 1, 2002, two independent units - Vodokanal and Teploset, on the basis of which a new enterprise MUP Ramenskoye PO TVK was formed, stood out from the Ramenskoye PTT GK municipal unitary enterprise.
