2022: Softline bought SoftClub

At the end of January 2022, Softline acquired a software developer for banks and stock exchanges SoftClub. The company did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.

2019

2016: SoftClub and Misys invest in joint banking products

The Belarusian developer of banking software SoftClub and the international company Misys signed a technology partnership agreement in the fall of 2016. Within the framework of the partnership, active interaction of development teams is expected. In particular, Misys will share its competencies in training personnel, provide access to products and development environments. The Belarusian company's resources will be used at the stages of product localization, promotion, implementation and maintenance.

The first joint product will be the development of an automated banking system. The demo version can be presented to banks already in the III quarter of 2017. Investments in the project will amount to more than 1 million dollars from each of the parties.
