2023: Growth in profit 1.7 times to 16.3 billion rubles

At the end of 2023, the Sinara Group generated 7.61 billion rubles, which is 9.1% less than a year earlier, when the figure was measured at 8.37 billion rubles. The net profit of the holding during this time increased 1.7 times - from 9.65 billion to 16.3 billion rubles. Such data in accordance with Russian accounting standards (RAS) were published in March 2024.

According to Interfax, citing materials from Sinara, the company received a significant part of its revenues from the sale of assets such as shares and participation shares in the amount of 4 billion rubles, which is 52.6% of total revenue and means a decrease of 27.2% compared to the previous year. Additional income in the amount of 1.85 billion rubles was received from surety services, which is 24.4% of revenue and means an increase of 17.3%. Finally, the company earned 583.2 million rubles from leasing buildings and premises, which is 7.7% of total revenue and means an increase of 7.2%.

According to the results of 2023, the Sinara Group raised 7.61 billion rubles

The group's accounts payable at the end of 2023 amounted to 13.65 billion rubles against 7.71 billion rubles a year earlier, accounts receivable in comparison with the same periods fell from 2.74 billion rubles to 1.87 billion rubles.

As a result of Sinar Group's operations in 2012, sales revenue (excluding VAT) amounted to RUB 53.5 billion (in 2011 - RUB 20.74 billion). The amount of EBITDA is 5.9 billion rubles. (in 2011 - 3.44 billion rubles.).

History

2024: Sinara bought the manufacturer of equipment for petrochemistry, oil refining and power Uralhimmash

Sinara Group acquired a 74.99% stake in Ural Chemical Engineering Plant JSC from Gazprombank. The share purchase and sale agreement was concluded at the end of August 2024. This became known on October 24, 2024 from the federal register of legally significant information. Read more here.

2022: Purchase of the manufacturer of medical gases "Cryogas" for 20 billion rubles

On February 1, 2022, it became known about the closure of the deal to sell Cryogas to the Sinara group. The seller of the manufacturer of medical gases was Gazprombank. The transaction cost amounted to 20 billion rubles. Read more here.
