Territorial Administration of the Administration of the Naro-Fominsk City District

The territorial administration of the Aprelevka Administration of the Naro-Fominsk urban district is the territorial body of the Administration of the Naro-Fominsk urban district with the rights of a legal entity. The main tasks of territorial administration in the subordinate territory are to solve local issues of the Naro-Fominsk urban district, improve the quality of life of the population of the Naro-Fominsk urban district, ensure the further socio-economic development of the Naro-Fominsk urban district, and effectively use local budget funds^[1].

History

2018: Liquidation of the Administration of the urban settlement of Aprelevka

On September 24, 2018, the Administration of the urban settlement Aprelevka of the Naro-Fominsk municipal district of the Moscow region was liquidated in connection with the termination of the powers^[2] local self-government bodies and local government officials on the basis of the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Naro-Fominsk city district of September 22, 2017 No.^[2].

2017

Creation of the Territorial Administration of the Aprelevka Administration of the Naro-Fominsk City District

By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Naro-Fominsk City District of October 26, 2017 No. 5/6^[3] of^[3], the structure of the Administration of the Naro-Fominsk City District was approved, which included the Territorial Administration of the April Administration of the Naro-Fominsk City District. The boundaries of the territory on which the territorial administration of Aprelevka exercises the powers assigned to it include the following settlements: the city of Aprelevka; villages: Afineevo, Kromino, Malye Gorki, Martemyanovo, Pershino, Sanniki; Timonino, Khlopovo.

Formation of Naro-Fominsk urban district

On the basis of the law of the Moscow Region dated May 24, 2017 No. 77/2017-OZ^[4], the territories^[4] urban settlement of Aprelevka, the urban settlement of Vereya, the urban settlement of Kalininets, the urban settlement of Naro-Fominsk, the urban settlement of Selyatino, the rural settlement of Ateptsevskoye, the rural settlement of Veselevskoye, the rural settlement of Volchenkovskoye, the rural settlement of Tashirovskoye were united without changing the boundaries of the territory of the Naro-Finsky municipal district. The urban settlement formed by changing the composition of the territory of the Naro-Fominsk municipal district was endowed with the status of an urban district - the Naro-Fominsk urban district.
