ABC Solutions is an HR-tech solutions company for large businesses.

Products
ABC Solutions' flagship product is Goodt, an HR-tech platform for planning and motivating mass staff. The platform for April 2020 includes three products.

Partnership with CROC

2017
Co-founder of ABC Solutions Maxim Ryabov, in an interview with TAdviser in May 2017, called the company a development studio that creates a Russian HR platform and, in particular, its first block - a Work Force Management (WFM) class solution. The platform was called Goodt, it included three products: Goodt Time (based on the first ZoZo RCAM product), Goodt Clock and Goodt Robusta.
WFM is a solution for automating the personnel time management process. The most widespread WFM solutions are in call centers, where they are used to improve employee productivity. In 2010-2012, the introduction of WFM systems for managing call centers was reported, for example, in Sberbank, VTB24, Megafon.
The son of the founder of "Lanit" Philip Gens became a co-owner of ABC Solutions
In April 2017, ABC Solutions changed the composition of the founders.
40% share was received by the top manager and son of the founder of Lanit, Philip Gens. Another 11% is with Tikhon Smykov, head of the Inventor Retail Group, a member of Lanit.
