2021: Acquisition by Softline Services India company

On January 20, 2021 Softline announced TAdviser Embee acquisition. This Indian IT company which specializes in providing cloud services, licensing of the software, in solutions in the field of cyber security and in services of system integration. It is expected that purchase of Embee will strengthen positions of Softline in one of the fast-growing markets of the world (the alliance will make group the second in sales volume LSP-and the CSP-Microsoft partner in India) and also will allow to promote on global market products and solutions created in Russia.

Transaction amount of the party is not disclosed. A buyer of a share in Embee Software Pvt Ltd is Softline Services India Pvt Ltd – the division of Softline located in the west of the country. Thus, merger of companies promotes distribution of influence of Softline on all territory of India and to use of experience of Softline and Embee for digital transformation of the existing and new customers.

In addition to India, the synergy of the united company will allow to expand value proposition for customers from the different industries in APAC region, in the Middle East and Africa. This direction Harding, the president of the region "International business" of the Softline group supervises Roy.

The headquarters of the company is in To Calcutta, in east part India. For January, 2021 the Embee command totals more than 400 employees. The number of customers exceeds 1.5 thousand Embee – the strategic Microsoft partner Dell EMC Hewlett Packard Enterprise Cisco, Adobe and others. Annual average growth rates of business of Embee (CAGR) are more than 30% for the last five years. About 60% of revenue of the company provide cloud services, on 20% it is the share of licensing SOFTWARE, services on system integration, of solutions on cyber security, systems ERP, HR and others.

Softline continues the focus on global business development. For January, 2021 we are present at 50 countries of the world. Embee purchase – investment into ensuring steady and long-term growth of business of Softline.
