2023: Audio pages appeared in polyclinics near Moscow to record conversations between doctors and patients
Audio pages appeared in polyclinics near Moscow to record conversations between doctors and patients. This pilot project at the Mytishchi Regional Clinical Hospital (MOKB) in early December 2023 was told at the regional Ministry of Health.
The equipment was purchased from medical institutions on behalf of the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov. At the first stage, the devices issue a doctor of polyclinic No. 2 on Yubileinaya Street in Mytishchi.
The device has a voice analysis function. He will record the conversation between the doctor and the patient. In controversial situations, the record will help assess the actions of the doctor and patient. Thanks to this device, it will be possible to assess the quality of the selected treatment, competence, politeness and empathy of the employee.
This is a very important and painstaking job. Our reliable assistants are the hotline phones of the chief medical officer and other resources with which it is possible to quickly resolve all issues. The hardest job is working with people. And humanity is an integral part of success in treating a patient, - said Olga Misyukevich, head physician of the MOKB. |
According to her, voice recorders-audio pages have become the next stage in the use of speech technologies in healthcare near Moscow. Earlier, doctors in the region began to use the voice input service of ultrasound research protocols for ultrasound diagnostics and ECG. The technology allows you to dictate the description of the study and not waste time entering information manually.
Earlier, the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov noted that the demand for high-quality medical care is growing every year in the region. Residents want modern polyclinics, qualified doctors and an accessible ambulance nearby.
