The company JSC "Engineer" was founded as a small consulting business in 2015 by Nikolai Agrinsky, who from 2008 to 2014 worked at Softline, including as the head of the consulting department. In December 2021, the founder and shareholder of the Engineer shopping center went to work as a subsidiary of Softline Group of Companies - Infosecurity, which is a specialized service provider that provides services in the field of information security, system integration and consulting.

According to Nikolai Agrinsky, over the past four years, the Engineer shopping center has achieved an annual growth rate of 70%. The company works with a variety of customers in the EU, USA and Russia. And the company's team consists of highly qualified specialists who possess international CISA, CISM and CISSP certificates.
