Territorial Administration of Odintsovo Administration of the Odintsovo City District

The territorial administration of the Odintsovo Administration of the Odintsovo urban district of the Moscow region is the territorial body of the Administration of the Odintsovo urban district of the Moscow region with the rights of a legal entity. The territorial administration is formed for the implementation of certain managerial, socio-cultural and other powers in the subordinate territories. The boundaries of the territory on which the Territorial Administration exercises the powers assigned to it, as of October 2022, include the following settlements: the city of Odintsovo; settlement of subscriber box 001; the village of the recreation home "Lakes"; the village of the rest house of the Ministry of Railways "Berezka"; the village of Red October; the village of Lokhinsky 2nd; the village of Moskvoretsky lesparkhoz; Trekhgorka settlement; the village of Akulovo; the village of Nemchinovka; the village of Romashkovo; the village of Vyrubovo; the village of Glazynino; Gubkino village; Izmalkovo village; the village of Lokhino; the village of Mamonovo; the village of Peredelki; Nikonorovo farm; Khutor Odintsovo^[1]

History

2019: Termination of the authority of the Administration of the urban settlement of Odintsovo

On the basis of the law of the Moscow region dated January 25, 2019 No. 2/2019-OZ^[2], the territories of the urban settlement of Bolshoi Vyazemy of the Odintsovo municipal district were united, urban settlement Golitsyno, Odintsovo municipal district, urban settlement Zarechye, Odintsovo municipal district, urban settlement Kubinka, Odintsovo municipal district, urban settlement Lesnoy Gorodok, Odintsovo municipal district, urban settlement Novoivanovskoye of the Odintsovo municipal district, urban settlement Odintsovo of the Odintsovo municipal district, rural settlement Barvikhinskoye of the Odintsovo municipal district, rural settlement Gorskoye of the Odintsovo municipal district, rural settlement Ershovskoye of the Odintsovo municipal district, rural settlement Zhavoronkovskoye of the Odintsovo municipal district, rural settlement Zakharovskoye of the Odintsovo municipal district, rural settlement Nazaryevskoye of the Odintsovo municipal district, rural settlement Nikolskoye, Odintsovo municipal district, rural settlement Uspenskoye, Odintsovo municipal district, rural settlement Chastsovskoye of the Odintsovo municipal district and the territory of the urban district of Zvenigorod. The powers of local governments and local government officials of each of the combined settlements of the Odintsovo municipal district and the urban district of Zvenigorod were terminated. As a result of the unification of the settlement of the Odintsovo municipal district and the urban district of Zvenigorod, they lost the status of municipalities. The municipality formed by changing the composition of the territory was endowed with the status of an urban district - the Odintsovo urban district. The administrative center of the Odintsovo urban district is the city of Odintsovo, Moscow Region.

By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Odintsovo City District dated June 28, 2019 No. 5/5^[3] was established, that the Administration of the Odintsovo urban district of the Moscow region is the successor of the administrations of municipal districts, urban and rural settlements of the Odintsovo municipal district and the urban district of Zvenigorod in relations with the authorities, state power RUSSIAN FEDERATION state authorities, subjects of the Russian Federation local authorities, individuals and legal entities.
