We have always seen 1C as the strongest possible partner in the corporate systems market. The company is confident that the partnership with 1C will not only open up new horizons for the company, but also raise the technical and methodological interaction between 1C and Mirapolis products to a new level, as well as increase customer confidence in Mirapolis as a reliable provider of corporate IT solutions.

Boris Nuraliev, director and founder of 1C, says that the company considered the range of existing HR solutions and settled on cooperation with Mirapolis because the company offers solutions with developed functionality, has a positive reputation among corporate clients, and, no less important, shares the principles of operation of 1C. The company expects that both current and new 1C and Mirapolis customers will benefit from this cooperation.

Softline Venture Partners notes that when leaving the asset, in addition to commercial interest, it is always important for them that the new partner of the portfolio company can ensure its further growth and development, and the deal with 1C, the "undisputed backbone leader in the Russian ERP systems market," shows that Softline Venture Partners' bet on the Mirapolis team fully justified itself.
