2019

Succession and renaming of the Administration

By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Volokolamsk City District of the Moscow Region dated September 18, 2019 No.^[1]of the ^[1]it was established that the local governments of the Volokolamsk city district of the Moscow region, in accordance with their competence, are the successors of the local governments of the Volokolamsk municipal district of the Moscow region, urban settlements Volokolamsk, Sychevo, rural settlements Kashinskoye, Ostashevskoye, Spasskoye, Teryaevskoye, Chismenskoye, Yaropoletskoye, which were part of it, in relations with the state authorities of the Russian Federation, state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, local self-government bodies, individuals and legal entities from the date of formation of the relevant local self-government bodies of the Volokolamsk city district of the Moscow region.

By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Volokolamsk City District of the Moscow Region dated November 11, 2019 No. 7-44^[2] by renaming the Administration of the Volokolamsk Municipal District of the Moscow Region, the Administration of the Volokolamsk City District of the Moscow Region was formed with the rights of a legal entity.

Formation of Volokolamsk urban district

On the basis of the law of the Moscow Region dated April 26, 2019 No. 69/2019-OZ^[3], the territories^[3] urban settlement of Volokolamsk, the urban settlement of Sychevo, the rural settlement of Kashinskoye, the rural settlement of Ostashevskoye, the rural settlement of Spasskoye, the rural settlement of Teryaevskoye, the rural settlement of Chismenskoye were united without changing the borders of the Volokolamsk municipal district. The municipality formed by changing the composition of the territory of the Volokolamsk municipal district is endowed with the status of an urban district - the Volokolamsk urban district.
