The administration of the Leninsky City District of the Moscow Region is an executive and administrative body of local self-government of the city district, endowed with powers to resolve issues of local importance and powers to exercise individual state powers transferred to local self-government bodies by federal laws and laws. History
2020: Succession
By the decision of the Council of Deputies of the Leninsky City District of February 27, 2020 No. 4/4[2] of the[2], that the Administration of the Leninsky City District of the Moscow Region is the successor of the Administration of the Leninsky Municipal District of the Moscow Region, administration of the urban settlement Vidnoye of the Leninsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the urban settlement Gorki Leninsky of the Leninsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the rural settlement Bulatnikovskoye of the Leninsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the rural settlement Volodarskoye of the Leninsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the rural settlement Molokovskoye of the Leninsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the rural settlement Razvilkovskoye of the Leninsky municipal district of the Moscow region, administration of the rural settlement State Farm named after Lenin Leninsky municipal district of the Moscow region in relations with the authorities, state power RUSSIAN FEDERATION state authorities, subjects of the Russian Federation local authorities, individuals and legal entities.
2019: Formation of Leninsky urban district
On the basis of the law of the Moscow region dated July 19, 2019 No. 172/2019-OZ[3], the territories[3] urban settlement Vidnoye of the Leninsky municipal district were united, urban settlement Gorki Leninsky of the Leninsky municipal district, rural settlement Bulatnikovskoye of the Leninsky municipal district, rural settlement Volodarskoye of the Leninsky municipal district, rural settlement Molokovskoye of the Leninsky municipal district, rural settlement Razvilkovskoye of the Leninsky municipal district. As a result of the unification, the settlements lost the status of municipalities. The status of the municipal formations rural settlement State Farm named after Lenin Leninsky municipal district. The municipality formed by changing the composition of the territory of the Leninsky municipal district was endowed with the status of an urban district - the Leninsky urban district. Settlements that are part of the Leninsky urban district:
- Prominent - the city of the Moscow region;
- working villages: Bobrovo, Butovo, Gorki Leninsky, Drozhzhino, Izmailovo, Lopatino, Novodrozhzhino;
- villages: Bitsa, Volodarsky, Dubrovsky, Leninsky, Lesparkhoz, Meshcherino, Petrovskoye, Razvilka, sanatorium "Gorki Leninsky," state farm named after Lenin;
- Villages: Andreevskoye, Aparinki, Ashcherino, Beleutovo, Near Prudishchi, Bogdanikha, Bolshaya Volodarka, Bolshoi Savrasovo, Vyrubovo, Gorki, Grigorchikovo, Dalnye Prudishchi, Drozdovo, Dydyldino, Zhabkino, Kalinovka, Kartino, Korobovo, Malaya Volodarka, Maloye Vidnoye, Mamonovo, Milchino, Milchino, Milchino, Milchino, Milkovo,
- villages: Conversations, Bulatnikovo, Ermolino, Molokovo, Ostrov.
2005: Transformation into Leninsky Municipal District
The Law of the Moscow Region dated February 28, 2005 No. 79/2005-OZ[4] "On the Status and Borders of the Leninsky Municipal District and the newly formed municipalities" Municipal Formation "Leninsky District of the Moscow Region" was endowed with the status of a municipal district. As part of the Leninsky municipal district, new municipal ones were formed: formations
- urban settlement Vidnoe;
- urban settlement Gorki Leninsky;
- rural settlement Bulatnikovskoye;
- rural settlement Volodarskoye;
- rural settlement Molokovskoye;
- rural settlement Razvilkovskoye;
- rural settlement State Farm named after Lenin.
1900
On the site of the current city of Vidnoye (the center of the Leninsky municipal district) from the end of the 19th century there was an estate owned by Countess E.A. Adlerberg.
With the holding of the Paveletskaya Railway in 1900 on the lands bought by the merchant P.A. Rastorguev, the Rastorguevo railway station appears, and the Rastorguevo summer cottage village opens on its eastern side.
After the purchase of the estate by the Self-Help Commercial Society, the land was divided into plots and sold off, and in 1902 the summer cottage village of Vidnoye was officially opened.
Prominent and Rastorguevo became part of the Sukhanov volost.
