The Center for Digital Transformation (CCT LLC), formed as a result of the transaction group "Borlas" and "," Edith Pro completes the process of forming an organizational structure and expands the staff of specialists. The first stage of the company's development is the creation of an organizational structure of the Central Center, which will support the rapid growth and scaling of 1C practice. It also allows you to effectively manage multiple implementation projects at the same time, develop the potential of the 1C platform and manage talent within the company.
Three key structural units in the company will be: the Department of Project Management, the Department of Consulting and the Department of Development. They will be responsible for implementing implementations, developing specialists, developing and implementing a new 1C technology stack. Three more divisions will serve the company's work: Department of Sales and Marketing, Department of Personnel, Department of IT.
As soon as the organizational structure is formed, the CPT will begin to expand the staff. Already in 2022, the staff of the company may grow by 25%.

The core of the CPT team will be experienced specialists: the average project experience of consultants and developers of the company is 10-15 years. Work with young specialists will also be paid attention - this will support the personnel reserve.
According to Dmitry Kichko, in the future, the development of the personnel reserve may include cooperation with specialized universities, and internships. Special attention will be paid to the formation of a competitive compensation package of employees.
Demand for domestic software solutions, including on the 1C platform, is growing rapidly. According to analysts at Edit Pro, the share of the 1C platform in the business software market may reach 70% in the near future. In order to support the process of digital business transformation, the CCT forms a unique competence center.
The shortage of personnel in the field of IT, according to the Ministry of Digital Science, ranges from 500 thousand to 1 million employees. The development of the personnel potential of the industry is a task not only of the state, but also of the technological business.
