Management company of housing and communal services of the Leninsky city district

Municipal unitary enterprise "Management company of housing and communal services" of the Leninsky city district of the Moscow region (MUP "UK Housing and Communal Services")^[1] is one of the large economic entities of the Leninsky City District, the main purpose of which is to manage the housing stock of various forms of ownership of ^[1] Leninsky City District, ensure the operation of the housing stock and organize high-quality provision of housing and communal services to the population and the safety of the housing stock. As of October 2022, the enterprise includes 6 structural divisions: Emergency Dispatch Service, Centralized Section of Instrumentation and Automation, Transport Section, Vidny Gorod Section, Volodarsky Section.

History

2014: Connection of Municipal Unitary Enterprise Vidnovskoye Road Repair and Construction Department

In accordance with the Decree of the Administration of the Leninsky Municipal District No. 1810 of November 17, 2014, the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Housing and Utilities Management Company" of the Leninsky Municipal District was reorganized by joining the Municipal Unitary Enterprise of the Leninsky Municipal District of the Moscow Region "Vidnovskoye Road Repair and Construction Department"^[2]

2008: Incorporation of Municipal Unitary Enterprise "District Production Association of Housing and Communal Services" of Leninsky Municipal District

In accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Leninsky Municipal District No. 191 of November 20, 2008, the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Management Company" of the housing and communal services Leninsky Municipal District of the Moscow Region was reorganized by joining the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "District Production Association" of the HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES Leninsky Municipal District Moscow of the Region^[3]

2005: Renaming
