2023: Acquisition of 70% of Soyka LLC by SL Soft

SL Soft (Softline Group of Companies), following a strategy to consolidate business applications for corporate customers, on July 19, 2023 informed TAdviser about the expansion of its portfolio - Soica, a product for recognizing and processing electronic images of documents and images, entered the company's contour .

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, SL Soft LLC, created by the Softline group of companies in April 2023, has become one of the founders of Soyka LLC since June 23, 2023. Its share in the authorized capital of Soyka LLC amounted to 70%. The value of the transaction by the parties was not disclosed. Until June 23, 2023, one of the founders of Soyka LLC was Internet Projects LLC, which since May 6, 2022 has been owned by Igor Borovikov, the founder of Softline, as well as its former shareholder and former executive director of the Board of Directors.

Soyka LLC is the developer of Soica - Russian OCR solutions for automating work with documents: their processing, classification, information extraction, analysis data and verification. Soica is no-code a system that allows you to implement complex scenarios for processing both individual various documents (from price tags to contracts) and their sets. According to the developers of the system, thanks to those implemented in the product, to algorithms the recognition accuracy without connecting a person reaches 95%.

Viktor Goryunov also added that in order to obtain the fastest and most significant business effect, in his opinion, it is necessary to be as smooth as possible integration with various SL Soft products - this will allow companies to offer customers a whole range of Russian solutions that meet their needs and tasks.

At the same time, Soica plans to develop its own solutions: in particular, to expand the line of streaming products, enabling customers to solve more narrow-profile problems without unnecessary costs.
