2022: Joining the "Develonica"

In 2022, the Development Centers of Aplan (Moscow, Voronezh, Ufa), together with two more players in regional custom-made markets (MMTR Technologies LLC, High Technologies Center LLC), became part of a single brand "Develonika" (Softline Group of companies).

2020: Acquisition by Softline

Softline Holding acquired a software development (software) outsourcing business from the Applan group of companies. Aplana announced the deal on November 2, 2020.

The owner of the Aplana brand remains Aplana Group of Companies. The parties did not disclose the financial parameters of the transaction. The transaction was completed as part of the implementation of the global strategy of Softline Group of Companies. This strategy provides for the outstripping growth of the most promising business areas, including through mergers and acquisitions. The Softline team will be joined by about 200 employees in three development centers in Moscow, Voronezh and Ufa with expertise in a number of key verticals, such as finance, automotive business, logistics, etc.
