Thanks to this platform of the company can improve automatic customer interaction. Service allows to personalize and consider a context by drawing up answers of the chat-bot to questions, using data on location of the client, his previous activity, the status of authorization and other information.
Onward is offered by the visual designer of chat-bots helping to adapt answers to questions of clients on the basis of a decision tree. Thanks to integration with Zendesk, Help Scout, Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Shopify, Spree and Solidus the bots created in the designer can independently trace a talk, add potential clients and monitor deliveries and orders.

2018: Google purchased Onward
At the beginning of October, 2018 the Google corporation announced Onward acquisition, but did not begin to call the amount and other terms of transaction.
