Onward  is the startup offering to the companies chat-bots which use technologies of processing of the natural speech for "understanding" of a talk. Thanks to this platform of the company can improve automatic customer interaction. Service allows  to personalize and consider a context by drawing up answers of the chat-bot to  questions, using data on location of the client, his previous activity, the status of authorization and other information.

Onward is offered by the visual designer of chat-bots helping to adapt answers to questions of clients on the basis of a decision tree. Thanks to integration with Zendesk, Help Scout, Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Shopify, Spree and Solidus the bots created in the designer can independently trace a talk, add potential clients and monitor deliveries and orders.

From the moment of the foundation in 2015 until the beginning of October of the 2018th Onward  attracted in total $120 thousand investments within two rounds of financing.

History

2018: Google purchased Onward

At the beginning of October, 2018 the Google corporation announced Onward acquisition, but did not begin to call the amount and other terms of transaction. It is known that cofounders of the sold startup Rémi Cossart and Pramod Thammaiah will pass into Google together with the command. By the beginning of October in Onward less than 10 people work.
