2022: MegaFon and ex-head of USM holding Streshinsky bought Algorithm
In mid-December 2022, MegaFon and the former head of the USM holding (owns MegaFon) Ivan Streshinsky entered into transactions to acquire 50% of Algorithm. The financial terms of the agreements are not disclosed.

According to the SPARK-Interfax system, shares in Algorithm LLC were acquired from Jasur Dzhumaev, who in turn on December 16, 2022 became the owner of 100% of Round Bank instead of Irina Lupicheva.
