History

2024: FTS additionally charged 550 million rubles in taxes and fines of the AnderSon network

The Federal Tax Service (FTS) discovered hidden revenue when checking the AnderSon cafe chain. This was announced on May 13, 2024 by RBC, citing sources in the department.

The service analyzed the work of LLC Tyrolerhof, LLC Honey and Share, LLC Qasl and LLC Geran, which are part of the group's structure, from 2019 to 2021. It turned out that the so-called restaurant scheme was used to hide income. With this scheme, payment occurs not through the settlement account of the restaurant, but through a terminal that does not belong to the restaurant, and through a chain of at least three credit institutions. By transferring money to companies outside the restaurant industry, cashless money from restaurants turned into uncapped cash.

According to the results of the audit, the Federal Tax Service found out that in the period from 2019 to 2021, the firms of the AnderSon network paid gray salaries and set up replacement cash desks. The total level of hidden revenue, according to the Federal Tax Service, amounted to about 1 billion rubles. For some network firms, the share of hidden revenue reached 65%.

To analyze the real level of wages, employees of the Federal Tax Service used the testimony of former employees, as well as complaints to Rostrud and ads on the HeadHunter website. Salaries were also compared in audited firms after abandoning the "restaurant scheme" by comparing ads on hh.ru and 2-NDFL certificates.

According to the results of the audit, the amount of additional tax charges for the AnderSon group amounted to more than 550 million rubles. Of these, taxes themselves accounted for about 370 million rubles, the rest - fines and penalties.[1]
