The company develops the EVA AI system (Enterprise Voice Assistant) which helps to take notes during the meetings and meetings on the Internet. The virtual assistant writes a talk and allows to create the list of the most significant moments of a conference. Users can give to EVA voice commands that the assistant marked important fragments of an action.

2019: Cisco purchased Voicea
At the beginning of August, 2019 Cisco announced acquisition of Voicea for the purpose of improvement of the products for joint work. The cost of the transaction of the company was decided not to be disclosed.
In three years of work Voicea attracted in total $20 million investments, including from Cisco and Alphabet.
Cisco is going to use Voicea technologies for expansion of functionality of the corporate voice assistant to Webex Assistant.
