2021: Accenture bought Blue Horseshoe
In early August 2021, Accenture acquired the system integrator of logistics solutions Blue Horseshoe. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
As part of the deal, the Blue Horseshoe team of 349 specialists will join the Accenture Supply Chain & Operations group, expanding the opportunities to help customers create interconnected, intelligent and innovative supply chains.
