2020: Accenture purchased OpusLine

On October 27, 2020 it became known that Accenture purchased the OpusLine company located in Paris. Opus Line is one of the leading consulting companies providing strategic consulting and transformational services to the state and private suppliers of medical services and also to medicobiological and insurance companies in France.

After acquisition of OpusLine Accenture will have more opportunities for providing health care of the last innovations to clients of the industry in such areas as data analysis and the artificial intelligence (AI) and also for support of an ecosystem of health care using the high-differentiated services. Financial details of the transaction are not disclosed.

Our intention to purchase OpusLine will be approved with our development strategy and emphasizes our commitment of the health care industry which is the fast-growing sector for Accenture and also for society in general, - Olivier Girard, the managing director of Accenture in France and Benelux countries told. Deep industry knowledge of OpusLine supplements profound knowledge of Accenture in the field of technologies and will provide to our clients in France a bigger access to local and global industry knowledge as they use new technologies and processes.
