2018: Accenture purchased TargetST8 Consulting

On October 17, 2018 the Accenture company rendering services in the field of management consulting, information technologies and outsourcing announced acquisition of TargetST8 Consulting, but did not set the price of purchase.

Accenture expects to strengthen at the expense of this transaction the business in the field of financial services, namely — IT solutions of solutions and consulting services in the field of crediting of corporate clients.

Acquisition of TargetST8 will expand our capability to help our clients in the field of commercial and corporate crediting with improving their workflows and to transform business — the head of the global bank Accenture direction Alan McIntyre said.

He also noted that consultants of TargetST8 are known for the "deep experience, the innovative digital solutions and outstanding projects", including system implementation of Finatra Loan IQ intended for service of commercial credits.

According to the managing partner of TargetST8 Steve Shyn, clients of the company and also employees will be able to improve the examination thanks to a scope of business, reputation and scaling options which Accenture has.

As notes the CRN edition, taking into account the transaction of TargetST8 the Accenture company made not less than 10 acquisitions in 2018. So, the companies Mindtribe Product Engineering Kogentix Pillar Technology, were purchased by Designaffairs and Certus Solutions.^[1]
