The Enimbos company which is based in Madrid specializes in services in cloud migration and transformation data processing centers, it has more than 130 certificates AWS. The partner consultant of AWS Premier provides services in upgrade of a cloud, the standardized services in management of several clouds and also management and optimization of a cloud. Enimbos cooperates with such companies as Microsoft Azure Oracle, Google Cloud and VMware.

2020: Accenture purchased Enimbos
At the end of October, 2020 Accenture signed the purchase agreement of service provider of cloud consulting Enimbos. Merge to Enimbos happens within development of an initiative of Cloud First (first-priority development of cloud business) in which Accenture intends to invest $3 billion. Financial details of the transaction with Enimbos are not disclosed.

It is noted that since the beginning of 2020 after the end of October of Accenture spent billions for acquisition of the companies, in a year it purchased about 25 companies, only in October the consulting giant concluded five bargains.[1]
