2021: Accenture purchased Imaginea

At the beginning of February Accenture purchased consulting company Imaginea which specializes in implementation of cloud products in business. Financial terms of transaction are not disclosed.

Thanks to this acquisition 1350 specialists in cloud computing of Imaginea who work at offices in Silicon Valley, London and three places in India will join Accenture. Imaginea provides services in creation of MVP, DevOps automation, engineering of data, prodakt-design, service design, to digital transformation, process automation, etc.

Accenture purchased the consulting company helping business to implement cloud services of Imaginea

Acquisition of Accenture of Imaginea company is a part of the plan of the company to invest within the next three years $3 billion in cloud services. The global consulting company in the field of management and technologies totals about 70 thousand professionals in the division of Cloud First, and all at Accenture half a million employees.

Cloud - an important basis of digital transformation. Use of own cloud opportunities helps the companies to transform experience, to use achievements in such technologies as artificial intelligence, robotics, peripheral calculations and a 5G and also to overcome restrictions of performance and innovations for creation of steady value, - the global head of Accenture Cloud First Karthik Narain told.

In addition to Imaginea the Accenture company at the beginning of February, 2021 also announced purchase of Future State and Businet System.^[1][2]
