History

2019: Cisco purchased Singularity Networks

At the end of January, 2019 Cisco announced Singularity Networks acquisition. The financial component and other terms of the contract of the company did not begin to be opened. The transaction is going to be closed in the third quarter 2019.

In the press release they reported that thanks to integration of Cisco and Singularity Networks technologies clients will be able to obtain operational information about a status of their networks in the round-the-clock mode. They will be able to take large volumes of data and to manage them beforehand to reveal threats and to avoid idle times in network functioning.

Cisco purchased software developer for performance review of network

Singularity Networks will be included into department of solutions of automation within division of Cisco Service Provider Business Unit. The American corporation intends to integrate analytical opportunities of the products Singularity Networks with the program portfolio of Crosswork Network Automation which helps telecommunication operators to automate work of the networks.
