Organize Cloud Labs — the Brazilian integrator of cloud solutions founded in 2014. The company cooperates with a number of large cloud providers, including with ServiceNow which awarded Organize Cloud Labs with the status of the "elite" partner (for the first time in Latin America).

2020: Accenture purchased Organize Cloud Labs

On August 11, 2020 the Accenture company rendering services in the field of management consulting, information technologies and outsourcing announced acquisition of Organize Cloud Labs, having continued series of absorption which strengthen cloud business.

Under the terms of the agreement, the founder of Organize Cloud Labs Leandro Torres became the head of practice of Accenture Technology Service Now in Latin America. Other terms of transaction, including financial, do not reveal.

According to the ZDNet edition, thanks to this purchase the global examination of Accenture connected with the products ServiceNow will be combined with skills of specialists of Organize that will help the first company to expand a range of the consulting services provided by it and also special knowledge regarding cloud strategy, migration, implementation and management.

Besides, the training program and individual seminars of Accenture for professionals and clients on platforms of ServiceNow will be expanded.

This acquisition strengthens our leadership in Latin America and strengthens Accenture positions as the global leader in ServiceNow ecosystem — the president of Accenture in Brazil and Latin America Leonardo Framil said.

Accenture claims that by August, 2020 Organize Cloud Labs implemented about 50 projects on which the average rating of customer satisfaction at the level of 9.6 points from 10 was delivered. It is very high rate, noted in the company.^[1]
