2024: TKS Holding bought Investment Solutions

LLC, TKS part of TKS Holding (part of its perimeter T-bank), acquired the Investment Solutions broker. Information about this transaction was registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) in July 2024.

According to the Prime agency with reference to this register, Investment Solutions LLC has three licenses of the Bank of Russia issued on July 5, 2023: a license of a professional securities market participant for brokerage, dealer and depository activities, follows from a message on the company's website.

As indicated in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the general director of Investment Solutions LLC is Alexander Gusev, who was the sole owner of Investment Solutions before the transaction with TKS Holding. The company was registered as a legal entity on October 4, 2022. The authorized capital of the company was 35 million rubles.

By July 23, 2024, Alexander Gusev owns the TB Capital management company (formerly T-Capital). For which the owner of T-Bank needed another brokerage company, it is not specified. Perhaps - for new brokerage projects.

In March 2024, it became known that Tinkoff Investments is developing a platform on which small and medium-sized businesses will be able to attract capital from retail investors for business development. We are talking about the T-Venture platform, which will concentrate on conducting a pre-IPO of growing companies with a confirmed business model, the size of which does not yet allow entering an IPO. Only qualified investors will initially receive access to trading, but over time, less risky instruments may appear that could potentially suit a wider range of investors, a bank spokesman explained.^[1]
