The head office of the company is located in Moscow. UCS has 35 regional offices in Russian cities. As a fully certified provider of card issuing services for Visa and MasterCard payment systems (TPP&MSP), the company provides card issuing services for banks, including support services for a fleet of ATMs and terminals.

2022: The company was sold to Interros by Vladimir Potanin

On May 2, 2022, it was announced that Interros billionaire Vladimir Potanin bought the processing company United Credit Card Company JSC (UCS, United Card Services). Previously, the company was under the control of Global Payments.
