Certification of FSTEC of the Russian Federation

In the summer of 2016, New Cloud Technologies, MyOffice software products, successfully passed certification tests for compliance with the information security requirements of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) of Russia.

Update MyOffice Applications

On July 1, it became known that new versions of the products MyOffice Standard, MyOffice Professional, MyOffice Private Cloud and MyOffice Mail became available to MyOffice corporate customers.

"My Office Standard" (for PC)

The new release of the platform has undergone significant changes that expand the ability to format documents. Improved support for open format (ODF), which is the Russian national standard for paperwork (GOST R ISO/IEC 26300-2010). The document review mode is implemented with the possibility of accepting and rejecting edits. In the new version, you can save documents in your own MyOffice format, which supports unique functions. Integration into Docsvision

On June 20, 2016, it became known about plans to integrate My Office office applications into an electronic document management system on the Docsvision software platform, thereby creating a product for the public sector and companies interested in import substitution[9].

The agreement was concluded by the development companies: New Cloud Technologies and Docsvision, respectively.

It is assumed that as a result of software integration, users will have the ability to collaborate with documents in the text, table and presentation editors of My Office.

The joint solution is positioned as a product for the public sector, although partners also count on its demand at enterprises implementing their own import substitution programs.

The launch of the joint product on the market is scheduled for the end of 2016. As of June 20, 2016, the exact conditions for the distribution of profits between partners have not been determined.

Integration with Aurora OS and promotion to the public sector

Cost and Sales Partners

On November 11, 2015, New Cloud Technologies announced the conclusion of distribution agreements with 1C, Mont, Merlion and Axoft for sales of MyOffice products.

Partnership with NPO RusBITech

Release of a desktop version for corporate and government customers

On October 20, 2015, New Cloud Technologies informed TAdviser that it was ready to begin commercial deliveries of the desktop version of MyOffice applications for working with mail, as well as for viewing and editing documents and spreadsheets in the popular DOC, DOCX, ODT, XLS, XLSX, ODS, PDF formats.

In the future, the company promises, the cloud storage "MyOffice Storage" will be available to synchronize versions of documents and files on various devices and provide access to them by other users of the service.

MyOffice Mail, MyOffice Text, and MyOffice Table applications that are compatible with Windows XP, Windows 7, and Windows 8 operating systems will be sold through the company's partners. They could not name them in "New Cloud Technologies," citing pending negotiations.

Integration with Kaspersky Lab product

In October 2015, New Cloud Technologies informed TAdviser about the integration of MyOffice with Kaspersky Lab's Kaspersky Security for mail servers. It protects against spam in e-mail and prevents email and collaboration servers from becoming infected.
