Since December 2010 - Resident of the Skolkovo Foundation Information Technology Cluster. The company's offices are located in Moscow, Toulouse (France) and Munich (Germany).
The company was organized in 2010 based on the results of the project together with the European Aerospace and Defense Concern EADS. A group of leading employees worked at the Institute for Information Transmission Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IPPI).
