History
2020: IBM purchased Spanugo
On June 15, 2020 IBM announced Spanugo acquisition, but did not begin to open a financial part of the agreement, as well as other parts of the transaction.
IBM noted that purchase of Spanugo will allow corporation to expand possibilities of the cloud financial and will allow clients to get quicker command center information security.
Submitted such IBM platform in 2019. It is designed to help to provide to clients from the financial services industry compliance to standards and regulatory requirements, security and stability of the business. Opportunities to define compliance profiles, to manage control facilities and to monitor observance within all organization will be concentrated in command center by security which will become available to clients earlier, than it was planned, specified in the press release.

Add to IBM that possibilities of Spanugo technologies on it are not limited: for example, they allow to organize "continuous process" of improvement and adaptation of cloud security to minimize risks of cybercracking.
According to the cofounder and the director of the products Spanugo Doc Vaidhyanathan, experience and knowledge of the company in the field of management of cyber security naturally supplement products of IBM in the field of public clouds.[1]
