TruQua Enterprise — IT service provider and the consulting company. It is a partner of SAP, helping clients to implement the technologies of financial planning and the analysis developed by the German vendor.

History

2020: IBM purchased TruQua Enterprise

On November 16, 2020 IBM announced TruQua Enterprise acquisition, but did not begin to open a financial component of the agreement. The companies expect to close the transaction until the end of 2020.

IBM says that the corporation thanks to purchase of TruQua will gain more knowledge in the field of transfer of financial platforms on SAP solutions to help business to upgrade the financial processes. The companies will be able to pass from outdated corporate systems and separate processes to the cloud integrated and optimized financial functions, such as cash flow, budgeting and consolidation, the press release says.

The global managing partner on Enterprise Cloud Applications in IBM Rahul Kalia, commenting on TruQua purchase, noted that clients of IBM reinterpret the basic financial processes using cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other exponential technologies to increase value for the clients.

By 2025 SAP will not support any more local DBMS in this connection the company pushes clients to transition to SAP S/4HANA. IBM assists in this migration: the American IT corporation executed more than 5.5 thousand projects of SAP and helped more than 400 companies to transform the corporate IT systems using SAP S/4HANA. Purchase of TruQua will allow IBM to speed up this work even stronger.[1]
