Spektral (earlier it was known under the name of CloudCutout) — the Danish software developer founded in 2014 which uses algorithms of machine learning for replacement of a background in photos and in videos. The technology of the company is based on the spectral graph theory and deep neural networks which during the work with graphic processors allow to process photo and video content directly on mobile devices in real time with a frame frequency up to 60 fps. In the film industry imposing of a background happens thanks to shooting, as a rule, on a green background (so-called hromaky).
