2021: Creation of RT-Diasoft
On October 5, 2021, Rostec announced the creation of a joint venture (JV) with the Diasoft group. The new company was called RT-Diasoft. It will develop and implement IT solutions, including for export.
In particular, the joint venture will develop an ERP system and a digital cross-industrial platform for the public sector. In addition, the work of RT-Diasoft will be aimed at introducing situational centers for enterprise management and developing digital solutions for foreign financial institutions. It is noted that the joint venture projects will be implemented in a microservice architecture on a modern technological stack.
As a result of the transaction, Rostec, represented by a subsidiary of RT-Project Technologies, acquired 51% of the share in the authorized capital of Guarantee Group of Companies (part of Diasoft Group of Companies), 49% of the shares are under the control of Diasoft LLC. Within a month, the Guarantee Group of Companies will be renamed RT-Diasoft.
The products of Rostec State Corporation are delivered to more than 100 countries. We are actively developing foreign markets, including in segments that are relatively new to us, such as energy and medicine. A joint venture with Diasoft Group of Companies will allow combining competencies for the implementation of large-scale digital transformation projects using the latest technologies. We will be able to expand our presence in the domestic market and increase the export of our developments. Managing Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Diasoft Group of Companies Alexander Glazkov, in turn, expressed the hope that the deal will give a "powerful synergistic effect" in the implementation of the most complex digital transformation and import substitution projects in the Russian market, and will also make a qualitative breakthrough in the promotion of digital initiatives in the international arena. The financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.[1]
