2024: Transfer of 75% of the authorized capital of the Rostec plant
On September 14, 2024, Prime Minister RFMikhail Mishustin signed a decree according to which the Rostec state corporation becomes the owner of 75% of the authorized capital of the Goreltech plant. Previously, this asset was managed by the Federal Property Management Agency.
The Goreltech plant develops and manufactures explosion-proof electrical equipment for enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries. The company has its own R&D laboratory that meets high quality standards and norms adopted in the field of explosion protection. This is a modern research and development center created under the control of leading explosion safety experts. The laboratory ensures continuous improvement of the manufactured product range.

To Lukoil Rosneft To Rosatom Goreltech produces the entire range of explosion-proof equipment by 85% from Russian-made components manufactured at the plant's production facilities, as well as manufactured by subcontractors of the Central and North-Western Federal Districts of the Russian Federation.
Reportedly, in addition to Rostec, Goreltech's authorized capital includes the German company R.Stahl, which owns the remaining 25%. This company is a leading international supplier of explosion protection equipment and solutions. R.Stahl joined the founders of Goreltech in 2016. From the documents published on the plant's website, it follows that the St. Petersburg branch of Zavod Goreltech LLC was the exclusive distributor and production partner of the German company in Russia.[1]
