2022: Creation of the autonomous non-profit organization "National Initiatives"

Rostec has created an autonomous non-profit organization National Initiatives, which will become the operator of all programs implemented by the state corporation within the framework of national projects. This became known on April 12, 2022. The main task of this structure is to promote the competencies of Rostec companies to solve the priority tasks of the state, primarily in the field of the digital economy. The launch of the Rostec.digital project for the digital transformation of public administration

On September 23, 2020, Rostec announced the launch of the Rostec.digital project, designed to digitally transform public administration and sectors of the economy.

According to TAdviser in the press service of the state corporation, the Rostec.digital project office will support federal and regional authorities in the development of digital transformation projects and ensure their implementation throughout the life cycle.

Rostec.digital will engage with authorities on a non-commercial basis. The new tool will help analyze the status of digital transformation, formulate the necessary tasks and offer solutions at all stages of the project.

Rostec presented the Rostec.digital project for the digital transformation of public administration and sectors of the economy

Federal and regional authorities practically do not use the opportunities of public-private partnership in the field of information technology, - said Rachik Petrosyan, director of digital transformation at Rostec State Corporation. - Budget funds are spent and time is wasted on creating more and more state information systems instead of using existing, often better and more customer-oriented private digital products. Rostec.digital will help government agencies organize this turnkey process from the goal-setting stage to the final implementation.

The presentation of the Rostec.digital project took place as part of the V conference "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" (TsIPR-2020) in Nizhny Novgorod. The practical implementation of the initiative has already begun - within the framework of the conference, an agreement was signed on the digital transformation of state regulation and socially significant sectors of the economy of the Nizhny Novgorod region between Rostec and the regional government. The corporation will provide methodological and expert support to the area starting from the stage of pre-designing the future technological IT landscape and building target market models.
