2023: Ukrainian fraudsters robbed the head of the company's brigade of 3.6 million rubles

Ukrainian fraudsters robbed the head of the brigade from the Sukhoi UAC Larin. A messenger from the Central Bank came to him - an ordinary guy of about 25 years old in a hood, jeans and a jacket. He uttered the cherished "Hugo," received several packs of money and hastily went to "save" them.

After that, an employee of the Sukhoi UAC transferred another 500 thousand to the "reserve" account, but a few days later, when the man stopped transferring money (they simply ended), his interlocutors suddenly disappeared. It was then that Larin realized that he gave the unknown a total of 3.6 million rubles.

2021: Association with the UAC and MiG

On December 2, 2021, it was announced the integration of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) and the two largest domestic creators of combat aviation - Sukhoi Company JSC and MiG Russian Aircraft Corporation Joint-Stock Company (MiG RSK JSC).

According to the press service of the UAC, the company continues to "centralize the management of the enterprises included in the corporation and simplify its corporate structure."

UAC, MiG and Sukhoi unite

UAC will act as the group's corporate center, and will also become an operating company that manages production sites and design bureaus, implements aviation programs and develops promising equipment.

Previously, the management of Sukhoi and MiG was already centralized: the functions of the sole executive body (EIO) MiGa were transferred to Sukhoi, and the functions of the Sukhoi EIO were transferred to PJSC UAC.

It is assumed that the reduction in the management levels of the UAC will eliminate duplicate administrative functions and reduce general economic costs. UAC will directly manage production sites and design bureaus, implement aviation programs and develop promising equipment. At the same time, the well-known brands "Sukhoi" and "MiG" will remain.

2015: A new approach to motivation and personnel development in the Novosibirsk branch of Sukhoi

In the second half of 2014, a quality group was created at the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant (NAZ) named after V.P. Chkalov, which has become a new method for solving production issues. It was created on the basis of one of the production workshops. It included initiative employees of the workshop of various specialties. Specialists from other workshops and departments were also invited. Participants were trained to work on this method.

Within the framework of the project, the working group had the following tasks: improving the skills of employees, developing an initiative and interest in improving working conditions and productivity indicators, as well as creating a favorable atmosphere in the team. During the period of the group's work in 2014, one of the current production problems was investigated - a reduction in the preparatory and final time (time before and after the main work). The developed solutions were protected by the technical, economic and production services of the enterprise. It is expected that after implementation these solutions will give 10-20% reduction in time.

The plant believes that the creation of a quality group gives a significant result in terms of motivating employees to develop production systems, to develop themselves, creates personal and group responsibility of workers for the results. In addition to the immediate effect, an important result of the project was the creation of a competent team in the division, which can be a support in solving the tasks facing the workshop. As a result of the successful work of the first quality group, it was decided to develop the project and create three more groups at the plant in 2015.

In particular, for one of them, already operating, the main task will be to develop an automated system for monitoring and accounting of parts, templates, programs of the "profile" and "sheet" section of the workshop. A quality group is a Japanese methodology based on the personal interest of groups of people in developing jobs and divisions.
