2023: AFK Sistema bought 100% of Honka Kamchatka

At the end of December 2023, the structure of AFK Sistema - Zarya LLC - became the owner of the former project of Oleg Tinkov's elite hotel in Kamchatka. We are talking about the sale of 100% of the Honka Kamchatka company, which was previously called La Dacha Kamchatka.

Interfax drew attention to this deal, referring to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL). It follows from it that the main activity of the Honka Kamchatka company is "the activities of hotels and other places for temporary residence."

The agency notes that since mid-December 2023, Honka Kamchatka has belonged to Rossa Rakenna Spb LLC, the Russian distributor of the Finnish house production concern Honka. Prior to that, since August 2021, the owner of Honka Kamchatka was the Cypriot Woorlon Holdings Ltd.

La Dacha is a personal project of businessman Oleg Tinkov, which was sold among his other Russian assets. The billionaire himself left the country in 2022.

Tinkov's plans included the construction of a luxurious guest complex in Kamchatka as part of the La Datcha project. Construction on the villa was due to begin in 2016 but was curtailed due to disagreements with local officials. As conceived by the businessman, the project would allow renting elite housing in France, Italy and Russia. The billionaire invested $50 million in the project and referred to La Datcha as "billionaire bliss" and a "pure hobby."

In October 2023, the elite complex Volga Dacha, which belonged to businessman Oleg Tinkov in the past, changed its owner. It was bought by the family structure of the ex-head of the Ministry of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev. La dacha Astrakhan LLC, on the balance sheet of which is a villa in the village of Vyshka, Astrakhan Region, acquired Akashevskaya Poultry Farm LLC^[1]
