2022: New CEO of Magnita Pharmaceutical Company appointed

2018: Purchase of SIA Group by Magnit retail chain
The retail chain Magnit closed the acquisition of the pharmaceutical distributor SIA Group and gained control over 100% of the shares in SIA Group through its subsidiaries. This was reported to SIA Group on December 4, 2018.
As part of the transaction, the retailer transferred 1.48% of the shares to the seller, Marathon Group. The seller signed an agreement under which it undertook not to sell these shares for three years.
