Owners
The plant has all types of production for mechanical engineering:
- casting, including black and color casting,
- injection molding;
- stamping and welding;
- heat treatment and electroplating;
- all types of machining;
- its own laboratory and instrumental base.
The main purpose of the operation of the enterprise: the fulfillment of the state defense order for the production, repair, maintenance and disposal of special-purpose equipment for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of Russia:
- combat weapons of the anti-aircraft missile system S-300VM (B4);
- combat weapons of the BukM1-2 anti-aircraft missile system;
- combat means of the BukM2 anti-aircraft missile system (BukM2E) on a tracked and wheeled landing gear;
- means and equipment for anti-submarine and anti-ship missiles for the Navy;
- production of parts and assembly units for anti-aircraft guided missiles;
- production of track rollers for tracked chassis of the GM family of the Buk anti-aircraft missile system and its modifications;
- special casting for self-propelled howitzers and artillery installations;
- production of spare parts for models B and BT in service, overhaul at the enterprise, maintenance), modernization and current repairs in the troops and fleets, provision of technical assistance, extension of assigned service life, disposal of B and BT.
On civil topics:
- small-size electric loaders, with alkaline and acid storage batteries, lifting capacity of 1 ton; 1.6t; 2t; with a set of replaceable equipment;
- diesel loaders with a lifting capacity of 1.5 t; 3.0t; 3.5 t;
- electric trolleys with lifting capacity of 2 t;
- vacuum-sweeping utility machines based on MK-1500M2.
History
2026: Zaslon Holding bought the main production site of the defense plant named after M. I. Kalinin
NPO Luch JSC (part of the Zaslon holding) became the owner of the main production site of M.I. Kalinin Plant JSC (part of Rostec) in the Tosno district of the Leningrad region. The asset was acquired by the holding at bankruptcy trading for 160 million rubles. with an initial value of 783 million rubles. Information in January 2026 follows from the data of the EFSRB. The site was put up for auction as a single property complex. The lot included about 630 items, including six land plots and 27 buildings, industrial equipment, technical documentation, office equipment.[1]
