Telemechanics

In structure of Ruselectronics Telemechanics (Nalchik) is engaged in development and production of road traffic lights. The equipment is manufactured in the hermetic packages excluding contamination or a zataplivaniye because of rainfall of internal parts. Traffic lights are equipped with controllers with the module of collecting of road information which includes up to 8 detectors of different data. They are capable to consider automatically, for example, intensity of natural lighting – to raise or lower the traffic light signal brightness, traffic density – to change duration of phases of a green and red signal, and even emergency situations on traffic lights in one direction – to transfer the equipment to the mode of yellow blinking.

2017: Ruselectronics delivered trial consignment of traffic lights to Jordan

At the beginning of 2017 Ruselectronics (enters into Rostec state corporation) delivered trial consignment of adaptive traffic lights of 32 sets to Jordan. The equipment is installed at three intersections in the center of the capital of the Middle Eastern state – Amman where the most intensive traffic is observed. Service tests will come to the end on July 15, 2017 then the question of permanent deliveries will be considered.

"These tests are important the fact that their results will define the future of export of our traffic lights not only to Jordan, but also other countries of the Middle East. - the deputy CEO – the secretary of state of Ruselectronics Brykin Arseny told-. In this part of the world special climatic conditions are high temperatures and sandy deserts. For example, now in Amman temperature exceeds 40 degrees, and working parts of controllers of traffic lights get warm up to 70 degrees, - the personnel work in gloves, escaping from burns. At the same time the organization of ventilation is complicated because of pervasive sand. Not any equipment will sustain such conditions".

Controllers also provide communication with the dispatching center through Ethernet and/or GPRS.

"Telemechanics" already supplied the road equipment in a row of the cities of Russia. In particular, different modifications of traffic lights equip highways of Nalchik, Rostov-on-Don, Stavropol, Kemerovo, Ryazan, Astrakhan, Kursk.

Deliveries to Jordan are the first export contract of the enterprise for this type of products.

The Schwabe holding also carries out service tests of the controllers for control of traffic lights developed Telemechanics. The equipment is installed at regulated intersections in a number of the cities of Russia within own contracts Schwab.
