The Siber company (enters into structure of Rostec) develops technologies of use of unmanned aerial vehicles for protection of objects and for counteraction to invasion of pilotless devices on objects. Technologies are supposed to be used on objects of Rostec - it is about a package of measures, including including detection and "interception".

Departmental protection of State Corporation Rostec of JSC RT-Okhrana, departmental fire protection of State Corporation Rostec of JSC RT-Pozharnaya bezopasnost, Scientific and Engineering Center of Technical Means of Protection (Research Center TSO LLC) LLC and also network of the private security organizations of ChOO RTO-Gard LLC and the Russian-Chinese joint venture Hao Gard LLC is a part of holding.

Products & Services

The SIBER holding performs activities for ensuring complex security of the organizations of State Corporation Rostec for the following directions: physical protection of stationary objects, protection of loads at their transportation, fire safety, design, upgrade, implementation and service of technical means of protection and fire safety systems, private security activity.

2020: Opening of the Certification center

The SIBER holding entering a guidance loop Rostec and ensuring complex safety of the enterprises of State corporation announced on October 12, 2020 opening of the Certification center. Conducting special examinations according to readiness of the organizations for obtaining the licenses of FSB of Russia for the right of work connected with use of the data which are the state secret and also on the right of implementation of actions and/or rendering services in the field of protection of the state secret will become its main objective.

The certification center also renders a range of services which can be necessary for the organizations at a stage of formation of a document package necessary for examination passing. Among them: consultations on preparation of documents, including filling of forms and the forms necessary for delivery in the licensing body; legal examination regarding compliance of the filed documents to qualifying standards, drawing up the list of the revealed discrepancies to license requirements and the recommendation about their elimination.

Creation within "SIBER" of the Certification center – the next step on expansion of the competences and a range of services offered by holding. We are open as for the enterprises which are in a guidance loop of State corporation and for the organizations which are not entering into Rostec, – the CEO of JSC SIBER Vladimir Kapysh noted.

2017: The resident Skolkovo will strengthen protection of objects of Rostec

The Siber holding ensuring safety of the enterprises of State Corporation Rostec signed in June, 2017 the agreement on cooperation with the resident Skolkovo, Tsuru Robotiks company (Tsuru Robotics) which is engaged in development of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Kapysh Vladimir, CEO of SIBER holding: "We declared the interest in use of drones for protection of the protected objects more than once. Our new partner, a startup Tsura Robotiks is ready to propose the complete technical solutions which are most adapted to specifics of our activity and considering features of professional tasks which face holding. We calculate that implementation of UAVs will raise the security level and anti-terrorist security on the objects of State Corporation Rostec entrusted to us and also will allow to optimize processes of protection in terms of the most effective use of material and human resources".

Within cooperation testing of the latest developments of the company to Tsur Robotiks by security divisions of SIBER holding with perspective of their use on objects of State Corporation Rostec is supposed.
